Nanny Requirements

Are you looking for a nanny job with a supportive, caring family? We are known to nannies as, "the nanny agency that listens to you."

Each nanny must meet minimum requirements before going through a rigid screening and interviewing process.

Please review the following requirements and then complete the on-line nanny application:

• CPR and first-aid certificates (able to obtain within first 30 days of employment with family)
•  Must be able to work in the United States
•  Picture Identification (Drivers License, Passport)
•  Licensed driver for at least 4 years
•  High School Diploma or Equivalent
•  Have your own reliable transportation
•  Two years previous childcare experience.  Our reference checkers must be able to talk to your previous employers and conduct a reference check on you.

Unlike other agencies, we don’t just fax your application to a family without giving you the details of the job first.  

You will be contacted directly by our Nanny Coordinator for an in person interview with the owner of All About Nannies, Cynthia Littwin. You will be given directions to the interview location at that time. Our office is located in Central Phoenix. You will need to bring the following to the interview:

• CPR and first-aid certificates
• Driver license
• Letters of reference or recommendation
• Certificates of training or copies of degrees
